EFG International publishes the agenda for its Annual General Meeting and announces the closing of the transfer of its Ticino-based retail business

EFG International today published its invitation to the Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled
to be held on 29 April 2021 with no public attendance allowed. EFG is today also announcing the
closing of the transfer of its Ticino-based retail business to BancaStato.
