Business Intelligence Analyst & Report designer

Job Description

Working closely with our Investment solutions business unit, you will be in charge of establishing a strong partnership by developing, maintaining and supporting Advisory and Asset management requirements. 
In this role, a strong technical expertise and the ability to draw insights from data will be a very important asset. You will work with the data architect to deliver practical and innovative solutions; you will contribute to expand our conceptual and logical data models focusing on financial products-oriented analytics.
You will be given the opportunity to work within a small and dynamic team using the latest state-of-the-art Business intelligence and data warehousing technologies like in-Memory data structures and Multidimensional analysis tools working with important volumes of data.

Main responsibilities

• Analyse the functional business needs, propose creative solutions and manage projects and user expectations
• Expand data models with a main focus on financial products analytics
• Design, test, optimize and deliver reporting solutions, you also care about the quality of deliverables
• Support Investment solutions worldwide to operate with our tools, promoting self-service BI and providing training and guidance
• Contribute to continuously improve our architecture, data models and integration processes
• Contribute to develop our reporting standards (design & methodologies) & documentation

Technical skills and experience

• Mastering Microsoft BI Technologies and tools (SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, Power Bi) 
• Solid experience gained in similar roles in the management of BI projects and the relationship with business users
• Realization of a large-scale project on Azure Data Platform 
• Good knowledge of following languages: T-SQL, DAX, Powershell, C# .NET, MDX will be an asset
• Good knowledge of banking transactions typologies and Globus banking system
• Microsoft Certification MCSE: Data Management & Analytics will be an asset
